1st Annual Panhandle Predators Spearfishing Tournament

Our 1st Annual Panhandle Predators Spearfishing Tournament is tentively scheduled for Sun, 8 Nov 2009.

Cost is $40 per person to enter.

There will be prizes for the largest fish in certain catagories. (size matters!)

Tournament pre-meeting Saturday afternoon, 7 Nov, at Discovery Dive World. Call to register 850 678-5001.

The 1st Annual Panhandle Predators Open Tournamnet has been set!!!!

8 NOVEMBER, 2009

A Captain's Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009, at 4:00pm at Discovery Dive World in Valparaiso. Tournament participants do not have to be present at the Captain's Meeting if they have pre-registered, but are strongly encouraged to make the meeting.

The weather backup for this tournament is Sunday, November 15, 2009.

Registration is at Discovery Dive World during business hours up until the Captains Meeting on 7 November

The tournament is firm. Sunday, 8 Nov. Cost is $40. Prizes for "longest" AJ, Grouper, Snapper, Flounder. Must be 18 and scuba certified. SCUBA gear only. Spr guns, pole spears and slings are eligible weapons. Round-up is 2 to 4pm at the Lucky Snapper. Capts mtg is 4pm the day prior (Sat, 7 Nov) at DDW (not mandatory, but highly encouraged). To register, call 850 678-5001, or stop by Discovery Dive World. You can register at the Capts' mtg (last chance). Prizes awarded at the Lucky Snapper at 4:30pm Sunday. Join in and catch up on some fish stories with everyone!
